Winemaking: White vinification at a controlled temperature of 16-18 °; completion of the alcoholic fermentation is kept in tanks with frequent and regular manual mixing up the lees, to go in the bottle before the next summer.

Color: light yellow, tending to greenish, bright.

Aroma: lightly scented, with vegetal hints.

To taste: the taste is dry and fragrant freshness, slightly bitter with a hint of bitter almond.

Pairings: wine that accompanies fish dishes effectively, pasta dishes and soft cheeses.

Serving temperature: 8-10°
